Privacy Policy


Personal Information that we Collect. By accessing or using the Pigeon POOlitics App and any corresponding services (collectively, the "App"), you agree to this policy. In registering for and using the App, you may be asked to provide information that allows you to be identified as a particular person, including:

  • your name 

  • your address or phone number 

  • your email address, 

  • your age,

  • your state and/or city of residence and 

  • log data such as User’s device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the App when in use, the time and date of your use of the App and other like statistics 


(collectively, "Personal Data"). This policy explains how Pigeon POOlitics LLC (“Company”) may use information collected about you and how you can contact us to request correction or deletion of such information.


Your Consent. By providing us with Personal Data through your access and use of the App, you are consenting to Company’s use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including without limitation, your acknowledgement and agreement that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to Company’s offices and servers. Company has implemented reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data


How We May Use Your Information. Company may disclose your Personal Data and other information collected through the use of the App in the following circumstances:


  1. To Company employees, contractors, affiliates, business partners and service providers offering services or providing resources available through the App.

  2. To generally enhance or improve the offerings of the App.

  3. As part of the sale of statistical data that does not identify you individually.

  4. Pursuant to applicable law or regulation or in response to a subpoena or an order of a court or government agency.

  5. In connection with a change of ownership or control, including, without limitation, a merger or an acquisition of any or all of Company’s business assets.


Privacy Policies of Third Parties. Company affiliates and business partners and any other resources that may be accessible through or in connection with this App have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices, which may include the use of cookies, or small amounts of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. Company is not responsible for the data collection, use and disclosure practices of any third parties.


Children Under 13. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 on the Site. If you are aware that a child under 13 has provided us with information and you so notify us, we shall promptly remove such information.


Opting Out.  You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional email, SMS messages or phone calls. You can opt-out from receiving advertising from Company by emailing optout@pigeonpoolitics.com.  You can also opt-out from email communications or SMS messages by clicking on the opt-out or unsubscribe link in any such message. When you opt-out, we delete all of your Personal Information that is retained in our servers or otherwise within our possession or control.


Updating or Deleting Your Information. You can update or request deletion of your Personal Information in the following ways: By email at support@pigeonpoolitics.com or by phone: [insert phone number]


Privacy Policy Changes.  Company reserves the right to modify this privacy policy and will promptly reflect any such modifications. Company will notify you via email of any material changes to this policy.

Right to Request Information.  Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), you have the right to request that we disclose information about our use of your personal information, including:

  • Categories of personal information we collect

  • Categories of sources of this information

  • A copy of your specific personal information collected over the preceding 12 months

  • Categories of third parties we may disclose, share or sell personal information to

  • Any specific disclosures of your personal information. 


Non-Discrimination.  You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
